Your data rights
A simple route to make a privacy or data-protection request to Your Shop Local.
Make a request
You can contact Your Shop Local at graffcraft@outlook.com. A request does not need special legal wording and may also be made verbally. The buttons below simply prepare an email; they do not automatically change or delete any data.
What happens next
- The Owner records the request and the date received.
- The Owner identifies what right is being exercised and what data is in scope.
- If identity is reasonably in doubt, only proportionate verification is requested. The service does not ask for ID by default.
- The Owner checks for applicable legal exceptions, third-party information, open safety/fraud matters, legal holds and protected compliance records before taking action.
- The requester receives a response without undue delay and normally within one calendar month. Where the law permits an extension for a complex request or multiple requests, the requester is informed within the initial month and given the reason.
- If a request cannot be fully granted, the response explains the decision and the available complaint route.
Erasure is not automatic
The right to erasure is not absolute. A request is reviewed before deletion. Your Shop Local will not use this page to automatically delete reports, safety evidence, legal-hold material or regulatory/compliance records.
Access and copies
A valid access request can include confirmation that personal data is being processed, a copy of the requester’s personal data and the supplementary information required by applicable data-protection law. Information about other people must be handled carefully before disclosure.
Complaint
You can first contact graffcraft@outlook.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where applicable.
